Finally I finished a card for Hero Art's 'Papertearing' challenge this week (October 19th - October 25th). Actually I made a card for HA challenge for the first time in about a couple of weeks.
Originally I'm not good at taking torn paper into the cards. Especially, it's difficult for me to combine it with Hero Arts stamp images. But I made this to use vellum paper and masking tapes made by Japanese Washi paper, since I could get some imaginations from the articles on HA blog.
Here is my card, 'Season's Greetings (paper tearing)'.
And this is a closeup.
While looking these photo, I'm think about whether the blue masking tape is needed or not. There was one more blue masking tape on a diagonal line, and I changed it to the circle shaped die cut, the star image was heat-embossed. I was better that I changed it to lighter color, or took off both, maybe... (???)
Anyway, what I'm convinced is 'I need the time quite a while for thinking about the finished work.' :(
