Small card for Valentine's Day (Valentine's Gift Tag)

This is for the Heroarts valentine challenge.

I made a small and simple card for a Valentine's gift.The red round box is a confectionery's Valentine's gift box.

And thid is a card inside.

Expanation & how I made:
2 big heart shapes and embossing were made by Cuttlebug, and a small heart by QK.
Just simple card. But it's difficult for me to cut the squirrel's shape out. This part is 3-dimensional using 2 squirrel's (2 layers) to hold a heart gem in it's hands.

With Sunshine and Love (Valentine frame)

This is for the Heroarts Valentine challenge.

Explanation & how I made
I made this using 'Pop Art with Bird' stamp which I fell in love with at first sight and I added this to a cart first among the new released stamps at an online retailer.
Enjoyed making the puffy thing (I'm not sure, this is a leaf or something?? the teal-blue object at the center bottom.) borrowed the idea from the video by Ms. Sally Traidman, using Studio Sticky-Back Canvas.
I wanted to make this looks like corduroy, so I stamped this with acrylic paint.
Two flowers' center was stamped 'Pop Art with Bird' stamp after coloring with alcohol inks on the canvas, cut them out, and was frayed a little bit around the edges.

Two hearts, One love

This is for the Heroarts valentine challenge this week.

My birdies have a ribbon with 2 hearts in its beak, Peace of Dove carrying an olive branch in its beak is so popular as Peace symbol though...

Explanation & how I made:
Background image was made by stamping DesignBlock Flourish with Shadow ink (Soft Pool) and VersaMark, after stamping, heat-embossed with pearl embossing powder.
Two Heart shapes and Alphabets are QK's diecut.
I stitched on a torchon lace too, to connect with zig-zag stitch on the paper.In this result, I could get some stitching hearts there.

Unbelievable event was happened!!

 I won the fresh face winner prize at the Heroarts' weekly challenge, the limit was Jan. 11 (U.S. PST).
I entried 3 cards, they featured my two cards on their blog.
When I knew the big news, I was so surprised and couldn't believe it. But today, I'm really really happy!!! :)

This is the one brought me a big surprise on Jan.15, JPN time.
'Make My Heart Happy'

I made this card for the Heroarts 'layers challenge'.

How I made:
I stamped a manuscript stamp from Artistic Windows set and flower stamp (other manufacturer's) with new Heroart's Shadow Ink.
Flourish heart is raised with pop dots, horizontal layers on the right is like stairs. So 4 clear gems are under the plastic sheet, one is on it.
Used 2 kinds of embossing powders(normal and distress embossing powders) for the Flourish Heart image.

And, this time I used my cuttlebug machine and CB's embossing folders for a long interval. (Maybe I didn't use CB over a year.)
Embossed paper was colored with VersaMagic inks (cloud white, aegean blue, and wheat).

I love making tags. Especially love it which has a distress look. So this is my favorite one. (I'm sorry this photo is not in good condition.)

I made these 3cards for thanks challenge of the Heroarts.
All of three cards made by using only one christmas tree stamp for flower petals.I don't know how many times I stamped (included stamping result was not good).

Materials and stamps are little bit changed each other.

It's so cold in these days, snowy scene is very beautiful just only looking at though. I made this card with my wish, waiting for Spring.(LOL)
