Love Teddy bear making! Trio bears :)

In this Feburary, there were two days the temperature was like June in anual. Unbelievable phenomenon... Oh yeah, it's an abnormal weather... I want to change the interior, 'cos spring seems to be coming closer to us than usual..  I also love needleworks just not only paper crafts. I introduce you my original teddy bears. These bears were finished about 3 years ago.
The bear right has been living with one of my friends in Germany.
*My original teddy bear making was started after I mastered the basics by making the kits of German teddy bear artist Ele's Bläubaerchen for about 4-5 months. I wish to make bears again, but I cannot make enough time to create them.
Thanks for peeking! :)

Small Angels' Decoration (Salzburger Strauβchen)

I sometimes enjoy making the nuts craft.
This is the arangement of various nuts, gold plated bourillon and pearl or beads named Salzburger craft from Salzburg, Austria. This craft is one of the European arts, I hear. I made a small bouquet and put it into the angels' pot. (diameter is about 3".)
The crochet lace doiry was made by myself.
*I introduce some this kinds of crafts through my web site. If you are interest in it, please visit my gallery at graphideart.com. I'm afraid that the explanations on my web site are almost written in Japanese.
Thank you for peeking! :)

Friendship card (Kindred Spirits)

I made this friendship card for the Hero Arts challenge.
Telling you the truth, I was going to entry this card for the last week's. But I couldn't continue to make this by the sad incident on my beloved cat.
This week, I finished this, put only 3 flower motifs.

I sometimes do collaborative works with foreign creators. From last December to this January, I sent the same design cards to American and German architects whom worked with in the past, and now they are my friends.
I got an opportunity to make this for myself (my cards collection) at the friendship challenge.

Here's a partly closeup.

Technique I used etc.
After stamped DesignBlocks with dye inks, I slightly colored with watercolors for the background. 3 flowers motifs are just only stamped with dye inks, and put the glittered glues around the edges.

Very sad day...

I lost my precious cat, Cleopatra (we called her 'Leo'.) by a car accident yesterday evening. I cannot stop to shed my tears now.
But I needed something for her, so I wrote my words on my favorites among her photographs by using Photoshop.
She was very pretty 11 months girl and a big fan of my dishes. She always sat down quietly behind me while I was cooking. And so sensitive girl. But she loved to play outside with her brother. I was to blame to let them play outside, I think.
She loved the place near the fence to bask in the sun. We miss you, Leo. So thankful you were in my life...

Heroarts' weekly challenge addict???

I'm a Heroarts' weekly challenge addict??? Haha. Maybe this is true. But true or not, I'm sure it's worth for me to spend time to create for the theme every week. of course, I have to work. If I make time for creating, I hope to make at least one card per a week. I made two simple cards, 'cause I didn't make enough time this week. Here is the card, 'you're special (Birds N Branch)'.
The challenge theme of this week is 'favorites'. I have many favorites among the Heroarts' stamps. I featured this time 'Birds N Branch' and 'Old French Writing' which I frequently use them lately.
This design is easy to make, so I'm going to use it for friends, family, relatives, co-workers etc in the future.
Technique I used: Old French Writing stamp was stamped with Shadow Ink Soft Stone, because I wanted to add a little nuance using light color ink. Put a black gemstone a little off-set on a tiny punch-out circle (on a black flower), like googly eyes. I intend this to be bird's eye. Haha...
stamp used: HA DesignBlocks Birds N Branch / S5093 HA Old French Writing / H2365 HA Sparcle Clear Hello Birdie / CL177 (use sentiment only) paper: Bazzill Basics Cardstock, Basic Grey Pattern paper / Granola Inks: HA Shadow Ink / Soft Stone VersaFine / Onyx Black Ranger Distress Ink/ Dried Marigold Zig pigment marker Accessories: HA Clear Smooth, Black gemstone, HA Art Flowers Neutral / CH152, ribbon

This is the other design using the same stamps, 'Birds N Branch' and 'Old French Writing'.
stamp used: HA DesignBlocks Birds N Branch / S5093 HA Old French Writing / H2365 HA Clear Design Fancy Friendship / CL295 paper: Bazzill Basics Cardstock Inks: VersaFine / Onyx Black, VersaMagic / Cloud White Ranger Distress Ink/ Aged Mahogany Zig pigment marker Accessories: HA Clear Smooth, HA Art Flowers Meadow/ CH168 Basic Grey brad, ribbon

Stamped the Three Ferns stamp 3 times with dye inks, and in the end, stamped it once with StazOn. Since the stamps says quite a lot, a kahki green ribbon slider was left blank.
